For example, the impeller can be made of cast alloy material; optional stainless steel or copper is available for the core components of intercoolers and aftercoolers; it is recommended to use standard pure aluminum super smart pipes, which feature a long service life and low efficiency loss. The design of our main unit is ingenious and simple, consisting only of high-speed motors, active magnetic bearing systems and impellers, without any gears, couplings, mechanical bearings or oil seals.
2.Minimal maintenance and repair:The magnetic levitation compressor has no wearable moving components and only requires maintenance when necessary. It does not need oil replacement or component replacement; maintenance work is actually limited to replacing a small amount of consumables such as air filters and gaskets.
