Recently, seven TECBELL 185 kW two-stage screw air compressors successfully completed assembly, commissioning, and final factory inspections at the TECBELL production facility. With the completion of the final inspection procedure, all seven high-power, high-efficiency units are now fully prepared for shipment to the customer’s project site, where they will provide a reliable supply of high-quality compressed air for stable production.

Hard-Core Energy Efficiency
The TA-185W/8EPMII adopts a high-efficiency two-stage compression airend, dividing the compression process into two stages. High-efficiency intercooling reduces the compression temperature, bringing the actual compression process closer to the ideal state of “isothermal compression” and significantly reducing compression power consumption.
With a specific power as low as 5.7 kW/(m³/min), the unit delivers 9.52% greater energy savings than the national Level 1 energy efficiency standard. A single unit can save approximately RMB 152,000 in electricity costs every year. For large industrial enterprises with long annual operating hours and stable air demand, these energy-saving figures can translate directly into tangible operating benefits.

The high-performance variable frequency drive is combined with innovative permanent magnet motor technology, eliminating frequent starts and stops as well as frequent loading and unloading. The result is stable discharge pressure, with pressure fluctuations controlled within ±0.01 MPa, effectively improving air supply quality, reducing unnecessary air consumption, and optimizing energy efficiency.
With low vibration and low noise levels, the unit is well suited to demanding 24/7 industrial operating conditions. Meanwhile, the intelligent control system monitors operating parameters in real time, providing timely fault warnings and maintenance reminders to help ensure reliable operation.
