Even slight fluctuations can lead to yarn breakage and fabric defects, ultimately affecting product quality and production efficiency.

With continuous capacity expansion, the customer's existing screw air compressor from an international brand could no longer meet the growing air demand. Issues such as high energy consumption and increasing operating costs became more prominent, making system upgrading and optimization an urgent necessity.

To meet the stringent requirements for air pressure stability in spinning and weaving processes, TECBELL provided a permanent magnet variable speed screw air compressor to replace the original international brand unit.This upgrade not only fully met the increased air demand after capacity expansion, but also achieved significant electricity cost savings.
