On January 20, 2026, TECBELL Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park reached a major milestone as the comprehensive building structure was successfully topped out. This achievement represents not only a critical phase in project construction, but also a solid step forward in TECBELL’s pursuit of higher-level development and enhanced overall competitiveness.

The successful topping-out marks the official entry of this integrated high-tech industrial park—combining R&D, office, manufacturing, and sales functions—into the preparation stage for operation, injecting strong new momentum into TECBELL’s strategic growth.

With a total land area of 60 mu, the industrial park is a key strategic initiative by TECBELL to expand production capacity and strengthen its core competitive advantages. Upon completion, the park will leverage advanced manufacturing facilities, efficient R&D platforms, and a comprehensive supporting service system to provide customers with more complete and professional compressed air system solutions.

The project is being developed in two phases.Phase I includes one office and R&D building and two multi-story steel-structure industrial workshops with a total floor area of 30,000 square meters.Phase II will add an additional 30,000 square meters of industrial workshops dedicated to the construction of multiple modern production lines, including large centrifugal compressors, screw air compressors, oil-free air compressors, and vacuum pumps.The park is designed to become a comprehensive high-tech industrial complex integrating R&D, office operations, manufacturing, and sales.

As the core platform for TECBELL’s capacity upgrade, this modern industrial park represents more than a physical expansion—it is a pivotal move in the company’s long-term strategic layout.
