Recently, the construction of the TECBELL Air Compressor Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park has been advancing efficiently. On-site operations are well-organized, with engineering vehicles and construction teams working in coordination, steadily progressing with the installation of steel-structure workshops. This marks another solid and powerful step for TECBELL toward building a modern industrial system.

The project covers a total area of 40,000 m². Phase I includes one office & R&D building, one dormitory building, and two multi-story steel-structure industrial workshops with a total area of 30,000 m². Phase II will add another 30,000 m² of industrial workshops for the construction of multiple modern production lines — including centrifugal compressors, screw air compressors, oil-free air compressors, and vacuum pumps . The park will be developed into an integrated high-tech industrial complex that combines R&D, office, manufacturing, and sales functions.

Since construction commenced in late August this year, the project has been progressing smoothly, with all milestone tasks achieved on schedule. Currently, the pile foundation works for the No.1 comprehensive building and No.2 workshop have been fully completed, while the foundation construction for the No.3 workshop and No.4 equipment building has also been successfully finished. The next phase will focus on the main structural construction of the two workshops to ensure steady progress according to the overall schedule.
